An extraordinary and unique event organized by students where four Nobel Laureates will give lectures about their revolutionary discoveries and participate in a panel discussion about important scientific topics in the beautiful city of Split.
‘Nobel Days’ will welcome the winners of the most prestigious and most respected award for science – Nobel Prize. Four Nobel Laureates will give lectures about their revolutionary discoveries, with particular emphasis on students and academic staff. Furthermore, all visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy beautiful historic Split and Croatia. An additional value to the event is that the students from the School of Medicine in Split not only organized, but also invited and gathered the Nobel Laureates.
This way the School of Medicine in Split will become one of very few institutions in the world which will in such a short period of time welcome this number of winners of the most prestigious scientific award in the world. Such a unique opportunity is rare anywhere in the world. This way, we want to acknowledge Split and the Republic of Croatia as one of the most attractive scientific centers in the region and beyond.
